The Intendencia’s online procedures system names the Transferencia Vehicular, the procedure for transferring ownership of a vehicle, under Tránsito, but its page is empty.
We didn’t find on an official page the requirements, the cost or the office for a transfer in Flores, nor any pages of the Intendencia de Flores in the national Catálogo de Trámites. Ask the Intendencia: Santísima Trinidad 597, Trinidad, phone 4364 2210, [email protected].
