What we found
- The Intendencia’s prices and fees list, published on 01/05/2024, charges $ 1,707 for a transfer.
- Transit procedures are booked on the transit booking.
- The Oficina de Tránsito y Transporte is at Independencia 586, city of Florida, Monday to Friday, 10:15 to 15:30, phone 4352 5161. The municipalities and juntas locales also serve the public.
What we didn’t find
We didn’t find the requirements for transferring a vehicle registered in Florida on an official page. The Intendencia’s procedure catalogue has the re-registration with transfer of plates, for vehicles coming from another department, but not the transfer within the department. Ask about the requirements, and whether the cost still applies, at 4352 5161 or at the office.
