First, the title
The Intendencia asks for the title of ownership registered definitively with the Dirección General de Registros (DGR, the national registry), so the notary and the registration come first. The DGR serves the public in Montevideo at 18 de Julio 1730, Monday to Friday, 9:15 to 15:00 ([email protected]).
Requirements: cars, vans, trucks and buses
